One of the cosmetic preocedures becoming rapidly popular is the Brazilizn butt lift. For varios reasons women may not have a well contoured buttocks which may be congentai, genetic or due to excedsive or inadequat fat deposits. However, it is also popular for cultural reasons of what is considerd to be a `beautiful' buttocks.
This is ideally done during a liposuctioning when we get adequate amounts of fat that can be transferred in to the gluteal fat and or the gluteus maximus moscles or both, to obtaing a pleasing contour. We also maximise the success rate of the fat transfer by removing the destructive fatty oil and concentrating fat ells before the transfer.
However, some patients may not have adequate fat avaoilable. In these patients we implant a Silicone Gluteal Implant in the Buttocks obtain the best results. Once again all of this is perfoemed safely under local anesthesia and sedation in our facility.
